1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jay9 platform ("Platform") and all its users ("Members"). jay9 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated specifically for members in Bangladesh. 2.2 One Member, One Account

Each individual may open only one account on jay9. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, or using the same identity document details is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all related accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Information at Registration

Members must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of account registration, including:

2.4 Password Security

Members are required to keep their account password confidential and not share it with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, customer service must be notified immediately. jay9 will not be held responsible for any failure to maintain password security.

3 Account Verification

jay9 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Verification becomes mandatory particularly when processing withdrawals, handling large transactions, or when unusual activity is detected on an account.

3.1 Documents Required for Verification

• Scanned copy of National ID card (NID) or passport
• A recent photo (selfie or clear portrait)
• Proof of mobile wallet usage (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) if required

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Once an account is verified, members become eligible for certain special benefits including birthday rewards.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on jay9 can be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, applicable across all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made from verified accounts.
• It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method used.
• To withdraw winnings obtained from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed.
• The account details and payment details must be in the same person's name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To use this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and to make the bonus withdrawable, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus can only be claimed once the current one is completed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• jay9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer; however, the original terms will continue to apply to any bonus already active.
• Creating accounts or following unusual betting patterns for the purpose of exploiting bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games available on jay9 — slots, live casino, fishing games, crash games, and sports betting — are operated by certified software providers. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to determine each outcome in a neutral and random manner.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, jay9 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. jay9 is not obligated to pay out winnings that arise from a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each market and event for all sports bets including cricket and football. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the betting rules. jay9 reserves the right to set and change odds.

7 Responsible Gaming

jay9 believes that gaming is enjoyable only when done in a controlled and responsible manner. We encourage members to see gaming as a healthy form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to solve problems.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay9 platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access the platform's systems or using any software to place automated bets.
• Attempting to fix outcomes in collusion with other members.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
• Using the jay9 name or logo without permission.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by jay9

jay9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms and Conditions is found.
• If verification documents are not submitted or false documents are provided.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The request must be made via live chat or email. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed. Any bonus that has not completed its active wagering will be cancelled.
